Golf
Nearby golf courses include
- Perugia Golf Club
- Lamborghini-Panicale Golf Club
- Lerchi - Fattoria Caldese - 075 8510197. This is a country club with a golf course, horse riding and a swimming pool.
- There are also golf courses at San Gemini and Terni
The Lamborghini Golf Club (a 30 minute drive) is located at Panicale 8 kms South of Castiglione del Lago (on Lake Trasimeno). It is a Par 36, 9-hole course.
Parks
There is a small play park in Montone equipped with a roundabout, swings and a slide.
In addition there is a fenced off area suitable for 5 a side football and basketball.
Umbertide has great recreation facilities at the Pineta Ranieri, a pine wood off via Papa Giovanni XXIII. This area
has good paths and bowling areas in addition to swings and climbing frames. If you time it right, you can watch
the locals engaged in games of bowls.
In addition, just off via Morandi opposite the Co-op supermarket is a childrens play park with climbing frames.
Tennis
There are public tennis courts opposite the Co-op supermarket in Umbertide in the Parco Attrezzato just off via Morandi. For information on how to book a court contact Circolo Tennis Umbertide on Tel 075 9417119.

A small fortified town with a small beach, bars, restaurants and ice cream shops - Tuoro
Has a beach area with umbrellas, sun beds, pedalos and rowboats for hire. Other children's "seaside" activities such as trampolines, bumper cars, and amusement machines are available. It is possible to take a ferry across to the Isola Maggiore for lunch in the sun and a walk around the old castle.

The Candeleto tourist centre at Pietralunga has a large outdoor swimming pool.
There is also a waterpark at San Giustino nr. Sansepolcro.

The Tourist Information office in Umbertide has maps of tracks and pathways.
